"love is war"

I'm watching Nightmare before Christmas again, and I'm waiting for harry potter to load up. my music is blasting, and im talking to somebody i really care about. but all i seem to think about right now, is something that happened in my English class today.

so we were having a discussion on our sexuality and such, when this girl came out and said "Guys, being gay is a choice..." and thats when i kinda ish lost it. is being gay, a choice? no, its not. maybe its cause i'm bisexual myself, or maybe its just cause i understand this point of view, having just been with a guy who would, and I quoat "Cut off my right arm, to not like guys..." maybe its cause, my best friends consist of a lesbian, and two bi girls... or maybe its just cause i'm always right? either way, being Bi, gay, Straight ISN'T a choice you make. you don't wake up, and decide to like the same sex. you don't choose to set yourself on a different level as everyone else. you don't choose to purposely exclude yourself from the norm. you do on the other hand, choose what to do with it. you don't want people to classify you? you want people to understand and respect you? make them. talk out loud, don't hid in the corner. don't coward from the world, stand up for what you believe in. you think, if you were to stand up, and be brutally honest, they would still tease you? because most of the time, they wont. the bullying stops, the MINUTE you express yourself. i know this from personal experience. the moment you introduce a paradox, the moronic half of the world, has no choice but to accept you, because the other half, is already gay.

another subject, Gay marriage. here we go...

what if, they gay community came out and said, hey guess what, from now on, men and women cannot be married. how would that pass over? not well. why is it that, we have people who get to choose if we have the right to marry? isn't it true that we live in a FREE country? isn't it true that, you can love whoever you want? then why is it okay for somebody to determine if you have the RIGHT to get married? why is it okay that we acctually have to FIGHT for the right to be married? why is that okay? why is the world so fucked up...
